The service is not that nice but the food is very tasty!

I ordered there again today and never again. I would be told it would take an hour ... After 2 hours the food arrived ... Cold and on the plate was 80 grams of meat 🤦‍♀️ Djuvec rice was light pink and of course very cold. I don't know if Rania is still the boss, but what has just been delivered to us was a disaster ... The little meatball smelled unpleasant. I don't order any more ... It's a shame , but the whole thing is no longer worth it ... I'm very sad about it, it used to be a very good snack.

I would love to not even give a star here. We placed a small order. 4 french fries, 3 half chickens, a schnitzel and a pizza. 4 cold fries arrived, which were still completely mixed up in terms of mayonnaise and ketchup. These were also as good as unsalted. Only a few times was there one that had a lot of spice on it. To the schnitzel where they asked for more sauce, only "don't know if I can do that" came up. My pizza never arrived. When I called, I was told in an unfriendly way that I hadn't ordered it. But this was the first thing I ordered. I did not touch one of the 3 chickens. I lost my appetite due to the cold fries and the unfriendly handling. A delivery of the pizza was also declined in an unfriendly manner and in a very bad tone. I will order I don't anymore. But you can continue to deal with customers like this. It started and ended that way with everyone.

So far I have been happy with the Rohrplatzgrill. The food itself tastes good. But the delivery is only possible from a minimum order value of 10 € with a journey of only 5.9 km. Since my meal would have cost € 7.90, I even offered to simply give the rest of up to € 10 to them. Nevertheless it was rejected. In addition, the first time I was on the phone, where I kindly asked why that is the case because the card says free delivery from 8 €, I was very impolite, saying that cars don't run on water. Definitely the last time I bought food there! Rude, not courteous and inflexible. Not a good restaurant for me!

What can I say, the complaint was at 8:26 p.m., so far there has been no missing delivery and we have 10:09 p.m. Customer service zero! was said, but lasts ..... Have eaten there and it was good for a Pommesbude. Today I wanted to spend my lunch break there and what food. I'm up for the lunch offer, so it's quick. I had been told when ordering that it still takes 2 minutes. No problem for me. After 12 minutes, I noticed that the staff of three works on an order. I went to the front to ask. A lady ran frantically backwards and mumbled something about my chicken schnitzel. After another 2 minutes, I hane then asked, because my break was soon around. Then I was bluntly told that nobody had talked of 2 minutes and that you can only work. The chicken schnitzel would be ready in 2 minutes. I wished for a nice day and left!
